Hi, I'm Joana Carina, founder of Arazel. A proud stay-at-home mom and wife. And guess what? I'm an introvert too! Growing up, I moved around a lot, and my incredible single mother worked hard to provide for us. I love coffee, daydreaming, art, movies, and having my own concerts in the bathroom.

Anxiety has been a constant companion in my life, and as a mother, I faced postpartum depression. Arazel was born from the belief that no one should face their darkest thoughts alone. Together, we can remind everyone that their experiences are valid, and brighter days are always within reach.
